I recently had issues with my car and even though they were not able to service me, Barbara put me in touch with the right people and followed up with me days later. The service was great as always, plus I appreciated the referral for body work and your flexibility in scheduling. I do believe, though, that it is time to open up the waiting area. It would be appropriate to limit the number of people in there (so you might have to "take reservations" for waiting) and to require masks. But allowing no one in there seems like overkill.

I am glad I mad an appointment to have Wrench Works repair my VW Passatt. Barbara the staff were very easy to work with and they did a complete assessment of the repairs that needed to be completed.
