Great experience! First time customer. Didn’t want to pay the exorbitant dealer service price for an oil change, nor go to a generic shop that had little expertise working on Audi cars. I read numerous online reviews that highly recommended Wrench Werks. Although I was somewhat skeptical, I decided to give them a call. A potential customer’s first contact with a business is an important deciding factor. When I called to inquire about car service, Tanya assisted me and answered all my questions. She is absolutely awesome! She is very friendly, polite, customer oriented, helpful, and very knowledgeable in car maintenance issues. She also checked me in on the scheduled service day and she was exactly the same as she was on the telephone. Wonderful customer service! The maintenance work on my Audi was done fast and done right. I am very pleased. The on-line reviews were absolutely correct! I will definitely be back for any future service needs for my Audi. Thank you to Wrench Werks team! I drive an Audi Q7 2017 and was searching for a mechanic's shop that specializes in Audi vehicles. I came across Wrench Werks and gave them a call and spoke with Tanya. I informed her about what I wanted to do, and she gave me an availability date to have my vehicle worked on. Within a few hours, my vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. Picked up the vehicle and all I can say is this is my go-to shop for my vehicle. The next day, Tanya gave me a courtesy call making sure everything was OK with the vehicle and, if you need anything, reach out. Wrench Werks service is hands down 100. I took my girlfriend's car to Wrench Werks to have some work done. I found out through calling around that some European repair shops don't like working on Audi's. I was referred to Wrench Werks and I'm so thankful for that referral because Wrench Werks was a great option. Tanya is the best! I’ve know of Wrench Werks from how they specialize in VWs. Having been a VW owner only recently, it’s been a pleasure to actually do business with Wrench Werks. Their website is clear and easy to follow. Their appointment booking was super simple. Tanya picked up my appointment request and made sure she understood what my issue was and repeated back to me to confirm. Check-in was quick with instructions I could follow along with. Tanya kept me updated with each aspect of the service. Super personable and friendly. When I came to what was found and what was needed, Tanya explained each very clearly. I’ll need to make at last one or two more appointments to stagger out the work my Jetta needs to get it where it needs to be. I’m glad I came to Wrench Werks. Mahalo to you for great work and care!
