I had an outstanding experience with Wrench Werks and want to give a special shoutout to Rachel Medina for truly exceptional customer service. I brought in my lowered 2003 Infiniti G35 with aftermarket suspension, so this wasn’t a simple job. From the start, Rachel was transparent, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood exactly what was happening with my car. When it came to the alignment, what really impressed me was their ability to break everything down and educate me. They didn’t just “set it and send it” they took the time to explain how aftermarket suspension changes geometry and identified additional components I would need to truly dial in the alignment. That kind of guidance is rare, especially since most places don’t explain what actually needs to happen after installing aftermarket parts. Rachel and her team did, and it made a huge difference. They also worked through the challenges of my setup and were upfront about what could and couldn’t be adjusted. That level of honesty is hard to find. On top of that, they took the time to try and help diagnose an issue with my ABS module. Unfortunately, Infiniti ECUwasn’t cooperating, but the effort they put in to try to resolve it still meant a lot. That says a lot about their commitment to their customers. Their pricing was more than fair, honestly exceptional for the level of service and attention you get. The shop itself is clean, organized, and clearly set up for quality work. What stood out most was how I was treated. I didn’t feel like just another customer, I felt taken care of. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional shop especially if you have a modified vehicle I highly recommend Wrench Werks.
