Yes, but they are a specialty service and I knew they were a trusted company. I was confident with the work they performing and the parts they had had to order. My little ride needed some major work and they took care of it with urgency and concern. I will most definitely recommend them and I will be returning for all my service needs. I had an outstanding experience with Wrench Werks and want to give a special shoutout to Rachel Medina for truly exceptional customer service. I brought in my lowered 2003 Infiniti G35 with aftermarket suspension, so this wasn’t a simple job. From the start, Rachel was transparent, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood exactly what was happening with my car. When it came to the alignment, what really impressed me was their ability to break everything down and educate me. They didn’t just “set it and send it” they took the time to explain how aftermarket suspension changes geometry and identified additional components I would need to truly dial in the alignment. That kind of guidance is rare, especially since most places don’t explain what actually needs to happen after installing aftermarket parts. Rachel and her team did, and it made a huge difference. They also worked through the challenges of my setup and were upfront about what could and couldn’t be adjusted. That level of honesty is hard to find. On top of that, they took the time to try and help diagnose an issue with my ABS module. Unfortunately, Infiniti ECUwasn’t cooperating, but the effort they put in to try to resolve it still meant a lot. That says a lot about their commitment to their customers. Their pricing was more than fair, honestly exceptional for the level of service and attention you get. The shop itself is clean, organized, and clearly set up for quality work. What stood out most was how I was treated. I didn’t feel like just another customer, I felt taken care of. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional shop especially if you have a modified vehicle I highly recommend Wrench Werks.

Called day of at opening time for an alignment and wheel balance on my Mustang. I was told I could drop my car off in the morning and it would be ready by the late afternoon. This worked with my schedule perfectly so I went ahead with it. I’m familiar with WW and understood they work on Euros but I know alignments and wheels are universal so I’m glad they took my vehicle. Rachel the service advisor was very friendly and explained everything to me in depth. She kept in contact with and updated me. I’m unsure of the techs name who did my alignment, but it was spot on, and my wheel balance was off as I predicted and it was fixed. Vehicle was kept clean with seat covers and floor mats, and returned damage free. This is not your hole in the wall shop. Everything was extremely professional, organized, clean. This is what you would expect from a high end dealership. Prices were on par with what should be expected for the services that I required. Many shops may charge less, but that comes with a different atmosphere and perhaps less quality. I can only speak to the service that I required and received and it was top of the line.

The staff here are incredibly professional, patient, and helpful. They worked with me through multiple reschedulings, a no-show on my part, and coordinating a night time drop off. In particular, Barbara, went above and beyond in helping break down cost, repairs needed, and splitting payments over different cards to accommodate me - She offered multiple times to help coordinate a rental as well. Her kindness and attitude made a huge difference in my day. This all happened before the repairs were completed, which are in progress, so I look forward to completing a follow-up review on the incredible work the rest of the shop does.
