I had a flat tire on my Audi Q7 that I needed to have replaced. Shockingly, my car did not come with a spare tire (what?!) and it was nearly impossible to find a replacement tire since my car requires a larger tire. I called about 10 tire/auto repair shops (including the Audi dealership), but was told that I would have to wait about a week to have the tire shipped in from the mainland. I guess a week without a car is fine if no one needs to go to work, drop off and pick up the kids from school, run errands, etc. Needless to say, I was very frustrated that a simple problem did not have a simple solution until I called Barbara at Wrench Werks. Barbara was actually able to find a vendor with a replacement tire on island- something that the dealership and a lot of tire stores could not do! I ended up replacing all four tires at Wrench Werks and I plan on returning to Wrench Werks for future maintenance work, because Barbara, Tanya, and the gentlemen who work there were extremely friendly and helpful. (Wrench Werks had a coupon for $50 off for new customers on its website which I thought about using, but I decided not to mention it when I paid for the service, because the aggravation they saved me was worth more than $50 to me!).
