I've been a long time customer with Wrench Werks going back to the 2000's when they used to work on my 1998 Jetta TDI and more recently on my 2014 Jetta. I have to say, the quality of their work has always been really good! They did a great job on my most recent repair of installing a new abs control module in my 2014 Jetta. The car runs great!! So if you are looking to keep your OLD or NEW VW or Audi or whatever you drive running strong - this is the place to do it! And you will be taken care of by their friendly and DEDICATED customer service staff!!

We are lucky to have a shop like Wrenchworks that is not directly connected to the dealership and seeks to service the local community. My husband and I have had such terrible experiences at some of the VW dealerships especially when my car ran out of warranty but I feel like we can trust Wrenchworks because they rely on good customer service and generating a clientele that comes back rather than viewing your car trouble as a one time money making opportunity. We have been working with Tanya who is an amazing and very personable service dealer. She goes out of her way to accommodate my work schedule and is great about going over the problems and costs with us so up front so we know exactly what is going on, what type of work they will be doing, and what to expect. When we pick up the car it is actually fixed— no unpleasant surprises. They also offer long term discount plans if you have a a lot of work to do and I have an old Beetle that I need to keep going for as long as possible so I am really thankful we have Wrenchworks. I strongly recommend this company.

I have been using Wrench Werks since I bought my 2001 beetle as second-hand. I can't thank them enough to keep my beetle healthy and happy over the years. When you drive an old one like mine, it gets ever so important to make sure that everything is in good running condition. And sometimes even with regular maintenance, some parts just need to be replaced due to aging and out of normal wear. And those are the ones hard to notice from just driving, and when you leave them unattended, they can develop into a major issue... For someone who gets paranoid by just thinking about stalled in the middle of nowhere or a busy freeway, etc., it's such a relief to have Wrench Werks as my service shop. They always gave me heads-up about the state of my car and some aging parts (and some parts which are not manufactured anymore or going to be soon so it takes some time to chase down. I think this type of info is very crucial for an old car driver). They changed my shifter lever and cables this time around as I started noticing my shifter is getting harder and hesitant. I thought it is how an old car's shifter feels like when it is worn, but now with a new set, I can really tell the difference! It shifts so smooth and it really feels like I'm driving a new car! The folks at this shop are specialists. They aren’t just some run of the mill service center. The shop is super clean, the customer service is unmatched, and technicians are transparent about every repair. I’ve been taking my Audi to the dealer, but had a terrible experience. If you have an Audi or VW, THIS is the place you want to go! Tanya is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! If you let them know ahead of time they can help you get into a rental car too.
