The only place I will bring my vehicle! I’ve been a customer of WrenchWerks after purchasing a used Audi Q5 over 3 years ago. My Audi was fast approaching 100k miles and after a routine maintenance check up Barbara took the time to inform me of two major issues Rod and his team found that needed to be addressed in the next few months. The repairs would have totaled over $5000 and trigger a check engine light at anytime. I don’t know any other mechanic that takes better care of their customers by giving them as much warning and information about their vehicles issues instead of simply waiting and collecting the money once the vehicle needs repairs. Thanks to WrenchWerks I was able to make an educated decision to trade in my vehicle ASAP before any lights were triggered and not only saved me $5k in repairs but allowed me to still get a good price for my trade. I’m now bringing my new Acura ILX to them for oil change and could t be happier!

Actually the timing of this review is a little off, as the transmission work I am to get doesn’t happen for three more days. I was hoping that, with businesses of all kinds re-opening after COVID-19 restriction, your waiting room would be open to wait while my car is being worked on. But I respect your decision to keep it closed longer.
