The staff and the service was amazing. They have safety precautions set up to avoid contact during this Covid crisis and social distancing but they kept me up to date on the whole process and when the vehicle was ready the pick up process was great as well. I have a Volkswagen R32 which is a rare relative of the VW golf and an incredibly finicky car. It tends to like to die a lot randomly. Since it is a rarer, it is also challenging to get it fixed in moments. Having been to several places to get it fixed, I have settled with Wrenchwerks and will not go to anyone else unless it is warranty work. They are professional, reasonably priced and responsive with all my issues and concerns. And Barbara is amazing, she goes above and beyond to be helpful. Go there. Like any place they are not perfect but they are the closest I have found to it on island.
