Barbara has been wonderful. She’s knowledgeable and explains all repairs and cost breakdowns. I’ve needed a very flexible schedule in picking up and dropping off the car and she’s been willing to work with me. All technicians are friendly and helpful. Rod was great. Showed me pictures of what he recommended needed fixing. When I told him I was thinking of getting a new car, he even offered to help me sell my old one.

Accepted the car on a Saturday despite not having an appointment and upfront advised me that they were fully booked for the day but would look at the car on Monday. Received a call Monday morning with diagnosis and asked for approval to start the job which I gave. Got a call early afternoon that the car was ready. This establishment always provides professional and quick service. Highly recommended!

The team and wrench works was great. Understood my situation and went above and beyond to help with some of the other minor issues with my Jetta and even cleaned the inside and out for me.

Rod and the crew at Wrenchwerks did a great job with the annual maintenance on my daughter's car/vehicle. They identified what needed to be done and gave me a decent price for the work and parts. Hopefully the additional repairs will be done and the car will have many miles to go for my daughter through college.
