Barbara and Rod met and greeted me for my Saturday post purchase evaluation of a Jetta I bought the previous weekend. I heard about Wrench Werks from a flyer I found on my windshield parked at the Sam's Walmart parking structure at Keeaumoku a few days before. Rod had been leaving them on VW's for a 10% discount. Checked them out on Yelp and they reviewed consistently high. I wasn't disappointed the shop was impeccably clean and the thoroughness of the inspection produced a list of recommended services that should be taken care of withn the next 3, 6 and 12 months. This helps me to prioritize and budget the repairs. I plan to go back soon to get the first couple of items addressed using their 15% discount for 4th of July. summer promotion

Great Service though when asking about aftermarket parts, such as clutch or suspension, they were in a slight attempt to use only Volkswagen genuine parts. The problem I have with the Volkswagen OEM parts is that they are highly marked up prices in comparison to the well known aftermarket parts scene that is so much better and a lot of times lighter in weight while the strength of the parts are equal if not better quality than OEM at an equal of lower price range So this takes more convincing arguments and reseached proof on my part even though it is what me, the customer wants! So unless you do your homework for any aftermarket parts, and understand the differences, they might try to convince you to pay for the more expensive OEM parts! As for labor, labor is what truly hits you in the pocketbook, as everywhere labor is expensive!

I've been taking my vehicles to wrench werks for years. Reasonably priced, honest, personal service & timely. I really appreciate the extra time they take to explain the repairs to "my" understanding and when I don't they most always invite into the shop and show me!

I highly recommend Wrench Werks if you're looking for a company that really knows their Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. Barbara, with her sunny disposition, caring and understanding nature really made my terrible situation into something not too terrible. At the time, I had already given up and didn't care anymore (you know that feeling?), and I just wanted someone to take the reins and take care of my car issues for me -- Barbara did just that. She took my situation, analyzed how to save me money while arranging the best solution within an appropriate timeline. She really took care of me and we had just met! She told me about their financing options, their programs to save money, and even provided other companies that would help me with issues that they couldn't fix. Actually everyone that I spoke with at Wrench Works were really kind, courteous, and professional, but Barbara was the best :) As a customer, I felt valued.
