Thank you Wrench Works for working on my Q7! Barbara and Reiko were great to work with, good customer service! The only downfall is the time it took for parts to arrive but being that we live on an island I guess it's a given. Other than that I'm very pleased with the work!

They took care of my car right away and started working on it too right away. They would let you know if there's other problems that needs to be addressed. They check things out and test various things before working on your car. Very busy on the weekend and I was happy they took care of me.

They take care of my Audi like it was their own vehicle. I especially appreciate the reminder calls when my routine service and safety check are due, makes it very convenient for me to schedule an appointment to get it done. Especially since I’m pretty irresponsible at tracking it on my own! I also bring my wife’s BMW here for routine servicing because we enjoy working with them so much. So FYI not just for VW/Audi! Have had emergent issues appear with my car, drove in with little to no heads up to them, and they made time to fit me in and make sure I was back on the road as soon as possible. They offer convenient day-before drop off so I can make arrangements to get to work the next day and not have to take off just to drop the car off. Quick turnaround times. They also have good “bedside manner” when letting us know how much repairs will cost (even though any euro car owner should know what they’re getting into when they buy one). Highly recommended.

If you have an Audi or VW, take it to these guys! The Audi Dealership Service Department is ripping people off. They were paid to do a repair that wasn't done and Wrench Werks went above and beyond to help me understand what was wrong. They were busy, but took the time to help me. In the end, they did the full wire harness repair on my car. They were very professional and quick. They had my car back to me the next day! They were very good at explaining to me all of the options and explained their recommendations and what needed to be done and what could wait. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! They take pride in their work, and it shows! I cannot say enough about them. Thank you Wrench Werks!

The place comes highly recommended I check all the help reviews and everyone was right on point, I was in a bind and needed an oil change at the last minute and I called and they hooked me up in the next hour! The staff was very friendly and took care of me and the pricing is very competitive especially for these types of vehicles. If you need any work done this is the place to go and get it!

Pros: Wrench works has a competent staff and provides fair estimates. Friendly, courteous customer service. I first took my VW to B&Bs, but on one trip they couldn't figure out which key turned the car on, mistakenly thought there was an issue with the car because of that, and after four trips, I still had lights on the dashboard, and my problems were not resolved. I called Wrench Works and explained the problem; they had me drop off the car the next day, and the problem was fixed within the week. That has been several months now and I've had no issues since. Con: sometimes they are so booked up that you have to wait weeks for an appointment. It's probably because they are good at what they do.

My VW Rabbit was in need of several major repair in order to pass safety, and be safe to drive. The VW deal evaluated the vehicle and quoted me over $3,500 for the repairs. I was ready to get rid of the car, based on this news. I decided to take it to Wrench Werks for a second opinion and quote. They were able to to all the same needed repairs for $1,200. Could not be more happy. They saved my beloved Rabbit from the scrap yard.
