Honolulu Volkswagen & Audi Repair

My VW Rabbit was in need of several major repair in order to pass safety, and be safe to drive. The VW deal evaluated the vehicle and quoted me over $3,500 for the repairs. I was ready to get rid of the car, based on this news. I decided to take it to Wrench Werks for a second opinion and quote. They were able to to all the same needed repairs for $1,200. Could not be more happy. They saved my beloved Rabbit from the scrap yard.

Just have to say 5 star service, they genuinely care about the beat for their clients. Not knowing much about cars, I was reassured and given honest recommendations. Would highly recommend them if you want quality and good service.

Wrench werks is the best. Awesome location and awesome service. Prices are good compared to the actual dealership and the quality is good if not better. I brought my audi in last minute for a service because my oil light was on and Rod and Barbara told me without no hesitation will get it done in a hour or so. I waited for my car there which has a nice waiting area exeption of the tv not being on. Haha. But car was in and out in less then 2 hours. Awesome. Thank you again all at wrench werks.

I been going to wrench works now for quite a few years, not only to they have outstanding customer service there technicians take pride in there work, whether it was fixing a door lock to diagnosing a irritating check engine light too even ordering a battery Lance and his team do it better than any shop I have been to. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Incredible mechanics. They really know what their doing. If you need to get anything done to your VW or Audi, you have to get with these guys. Don't go to the dealership and get ripped off! I should know, I should've sued one of them had I known what they'd done early enough.

My first time here and what can I say, the customer service was great!! Came in for a coolant flush for my car and they did it in a timely manner. Thank you for taking care of my car.

Being that I'm a prick when it comes to being mad, I want to apologize to this company. I got angry and didn't want to budge on a bad review. When the last set of mechanics would not want to work on my car because of too much issues from the first mechanic that worked on it, wagon werks was there to help me out. I really appreciate their work and time, every time I've gotten my car back, it's been great work and customer service. Thanks again and sorry for being such a idiot.

I was so fortunate to find this place when I did ! They were able to help me get a new battery in my Beetle and back on the road ! The whole process was seamless. Awesome and clean place to get your audi serviced. Special thanks to Caroline and Barbara for answering my questions before I made my trip there and thanks to Rodd (not sure if that's how you spell his name)for being generous and just being there in general to make sure if I need anything else done. What I really like about this shop is, based on my first time experience, they are honest people. They don't try to sell you more than what you need. They do what you ask for AND they do it RIGHT. They also throw in some recommendations like "next we recommend you do this and that, have this worked on, etc etc". Wrench werks have definitely earned my business in the future. Thank you guys for the awesome service! Price is reasonable but really, you can't take your German car to a cheap lube shop and expect the same quality of work as wrench werks. Thanks again!
