The local VW dealer referred me to Wrench Werks since it would be a 2 week wait to get in with them. So I called and they were able to get me in the following day! Great customer service and they gave me a detailed report of what else could be fixed at a later time.

Great personable and efficient VW mechanics! I was able to get my oil n filter change as well as my safety check done on @ two hours! Previous shop took four hours and another 30 minutes for the same tasks! Cost was competitive. See Brian!

Super nice and helpful front desk guy. But just wanted an AC diagnosis. Cost $150 and took a couple hours. Was told: bad compressor. Went to Mikes for a second opinion, took 3 minutes and was FREE. Was told : bad compressor. Wish I had skipped this place and saved my $150

Ok. So my original battery since 2007 just died, and WW's towing partner, Saigon Towing, just towed me from work to WW (towing included in the VIP package I purchased at the beginning of this year). They're replacing my battery now, and I'll be good to go. What a relief to have WW! I'm truly grateful for them!

I hate taking my car to get its maintenance done, because I don't trust shops and especially my dealership (tony vw). I've never heard of wrench werks till I stumbled on them here at yelp. I trusted the reviews and damn I wasn't let down. They did everything that had to be done for my 40k maintenance check. When making thw appointmwnt with barbara, she went over everything that was to be service and how much it will come out to. I even got a $50 discount due to being a first timer. The customer service from this place can't be beat. I was even greeted coming out of my car. After your service is done, they've given my car a complimentary wash and even vaccumed my mess ass car. you will get follow emails and phone calls to see how your service went and if you had questions for the next time your car will need service. I'm telling you this place is small, but top notch. 5/5 mos def

These guys are super awesome, we came in for an simple oil change. Gave us estimate of time and when I came back to pick up my car it was looking cleaned and fresh! They even took care of my expired safety check without asking! How wonderful is this service!! I would totally recommend them to anyone who needs a full service with awesome customer service! I will definitely be back all the time with all my cars!!

We highly recommend Wrench Werks. They have great service, honest and friendly. We are new to the Island and our car broke down the day we picked it up from Matson. Another shop/mechanic told us all the things wrong with our VW Beetle. Brian took care of us and he said all we need is a new battery. He was right. The car is running now perfectly. Was looking into purchasing a used VW van. I had heard about Wrenchwerks PrePurchase Inspection so I brought the vehicle in at 8am. Met with Brian who was very friendly and provided great service. Wrenchwerks found many issues that seller had not described. Over 3k in maintenance and parts needed. Picked up the car at 1pm. Overall, the inspection cost was well worth the price and enabled me to negotiate a better price.

My 2003 Jetta 1.8t needed an oil change. Friend on mines did a self service on it and did not function the same. Engine light came on and car was over revving. Did a search for Volkswagen service shops in town. Came across Wrench Werks. I was in a financial situation and the team over at the shop were very helpful in providing me an affordable service.
