Review Statement: I drove away ENCHANTED. Ive had two interactions with Wrench Werks now. The first time, I was escorting a friend to pick up her car after repair. I remarked on the friendly service, the clear explanations, and the very clean establishment. Other clients were coming to pick up their vehicles at the end of the day, and each remarked on the fact that not only were their vehicles serviced, but also that they were CLEAN inside and out! The manager, Rod, introduced himself, answered questions I had regarding servicing cars from as far out as the North Shore (Oahu), and mentioned that Wrench Werks had an IG account. My friend was happy with the service she had with Wrench Werks, and I was happy to have made a new friend there at the establishment. A few months later, after a dinner in the Kapahulu area, the shifter cable on my car became disconnected, and I was stranded. I called to have AAA assist, and soon became aware that I might have to have my car towed. Even though way past normal business hours, I thought to call Wrench Werks to see if anyone happened to be in the office. Miraculously, the manager was in. Rod walked me through the procedures for having my car towed to the establishment after hours, took note of my concern, and even made sure that I had arrangements made to get a ride back to Laie. The VERY NEXT DAY, my car was looked at, repaired, and made ready for me to pick up the following day.... even with all the other repairs that needed to be done. People were friendly all the way through, and I was called and kept aware of updates throughout the experience. I really want to commend Rod and the staff there at Wrench Werks on very personable service. I have never had my car break down, and the service and treatment I received at Wrench Werks went far beyond just car repair, even to lowering the angst of a very stressful situation. Sanity Savers, they! Ill continue to use Wrench Werks, even if I do live on the other side of the island. :) Worth it!

Fantastic service by a small firm specializing in VWs and Audis. Such a clean shop, prompt service from professionals who love cars. What could be better?!

Love them. Been with Wrench Werks for 9 years. They are like family. I don't know a thing about cars or what needs to be done when. They help me by calling me reminding me about upcoming services, if I hear a noise they'll help me figure out whats wrong. I'm a VIP member so I get free oil changes and washes and vacuums and discounts on services. Sweet deal.

Had my S4 towed in here in pieces and within about a week had her back and running stronger than before. They didn't push me to repair extra things and told me about things I'll need to replace in the future even though I was supposed to be moving back to the mainland. Communication was great as well. I'll definitely be bringing my Audi back to Wrench Werks. Thanks!

The stubborn 'check engine light of doom' reared its ugly head once again, but service was postponed because it was directly related to Audi's horrible B7 platform Turbo design. However, the 'EPC light of oh ****!' burst out of the dash like a supernova. A turtle could have traveled down Ala Moana Blvd. faster than my car. Generally, the EPC light turns off after a restart, but it didn't this time. Panicked, I immediately called Barbara hoping Honolulu's "finest" wouldn't cite me for using my cell phone with the key still in the ignition. Barbara scheduled an appointment for me to take the car into WW the next morning. Thankfully, the hellacious EPC light turned off after waiting 15 minutes and I was able to park Ms. A4 in a safe place. The Next Two Days: WW immediately identified issues by checking Ms. A4's Deutschetechniksupercomputer, recommended appropriate service, and performed a requested routine oil change. Unfortunately, WW had to babysit Ms. A4 overnight because I was no longer in Honolulu. I picked up Ms. A4 the next morning and WW helped me prioritize future service visits, ordered parts, and scheduled a future appointment to address priority No. 1. It was your typical mid-day in paradise where AC was definitely needed, but it was kaputt. Ironic because Ms. A4 was blowing air almost as cold as the summit of Mauna Kea on a summer's day on the morning I dropped it off. I called WW, left a message, and took Ms. A4 back to the shop without an appointment later that afternoon. The technician checked der Deutschetechniksupercomputer once again, but the solution was much more simple than that. WW fixed the problem, on the spot, no questions asked, kostenlos. Patience is a virtue. A special mahalo to Barbara, Rod, Frank and Lance for their continued "service with aloha".

This place is great, I refuse to take my car anywhere else! Especially with the VIP package, it's totally worth it! Oh and don't forget about the awesome customer service!

UPDATE The owner called me and provided me a professional customer service. I believe that the misunderstanding was caused by lower position worker. Every business have one or two employees that are not qualified for the job, but that does not mean that whole business is bad. In this case, I felt that owner is very professional and willing to take care and help his customers, like he helped me. Had a very good experience in the end. Overall 5 stars.

I love the guys at wrench werks! Great customer service! They have serviced all my audi's and never had an issue, for 7 years! This company will listen to you, make recommendations but won't take advantage, it's up to you for maintenance of your car! I love this company!! My Audi will never go to another shop! Thank you to Rod, Brian, Marc, Lance, Aaron and Barbara, you guys are da best!!

The local VW dealer referred me to Wrench Werks since it would be a 2 week wait to get in with them. So I called and they were able to get me in the following day! Great customer service and they gave me a detailed report of what else could be fixed at a later time.
